Responsible for supervising staff team and creating and updating Life Plans and Risk Assessments. Responsible for creating rota for the team, chairing meetings and responsible for staff development. Promoting the departmental philosophy, polices, practices and procedures. Responsible for ordering supplies and equipment, and dealing with complaints and correspondence.
